Terms & Conditions

By using softitsecurity.com or engaging Soft IT Security, you agree to these general terms. Specific projects are governed by the written quotation or agreement we sign with you, which takes priority where it differs.

Services and quotations

We provide software development, web design, mobile apps, domain and hosting, SEO, training and security services. Scope, timeline and price are stated in a written quotation. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.

Payments

Payment milestones are listed in the quotation. Domain and hosting plans are billed yearly and must be renewed before expiry to avoid suspension.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback and the content or materials needed for your project, and to keep your account credentials confidential.

Intellectual property

After full payment, you receive the rights described in your agreement for the custom work delivered. We keep the rights to our pre-existing tools, libraries and general know-how.

Support and warranty

We fix defects in delivered work reported within the support period stated in your agreement. Support beyond that period is available through a maintenance plan.

Hosting use

Hosting must not be used for illegal, abusive or harmful content or activity. We may suspend accounts that put our servers or other customers at risk.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Soft IT Security is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
